Tom is our Commercial Director and is responsible for all aspects of the estimating, surveying and buying teams. Tom has overall responsibility for managing all commercial and contractual risk and for company expenditure from land acquisition through to aftercare.

Tom’s career began in 2004 with a National House Builder and, over the last two decades, he’s worked throughout the UK in various industry sectors and has held senior operational and commercial positions. Tom is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and his commitment to its core values can be seen throughout the MyPad business.

Outside of work Tom has two young children, so any spare time is used at the gym, cycling, playing golf or relaxing with friends and family.
