Have you worked on any combined partnership and private projects?

Yes, we have. We also see local authorities as our partners as we work closely to ensure they meet their new housing targets. And we have collaborated with Willmark Homes and William May Developments on open market executive developments.

Where are you based?

Our HQ is in Beeston, just off the M1 motorway and on the outskirts of Nottingham. The postcode is NG9 2NH if you want to look us up.

Does that mean you only work in the East Midlands?

Not at all. We started small and, as we’ve grown, we’ve developed established partnerships with local housing associations and other clients. But we’ve also worked further afield – Ashbourne to Stamford (see Our Projects page) and there’s more to come in the years ahead.

Does MyPad build for the private sector?

We do – it needs to be the right place and the right sort of development site but we’re open to “land to living” projects for the private sector as well as community and partnership housing. For us, it’s about solving housing problems with great solutions.

Does MyPad employ builders and tradesmen?

We employ the site managers and then we contract most of the practical construction work to reliable firms that we’ve worked with in the past. That network of trusted suppliers has grown as we’ve grown and they all share our philosophy and our priorities.
