Housing mix: Phase 1 consists of 90 homes made up of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroomed houses on a 10-acre waterside site; 48 homes will be available for affordable rent and 42 sold for shared ownership.

From land to living: 3 years

GDV: £19m. The £13m Phase 1 scheme has been funded by contributions from Homes England and NCHA.

Land to living: MyPad was not involved in the land purchase for this development but is one of two developers involved in every aspect of creating the infrastructure and building the houses, with support from Melton Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council.

NB Proposals for Phase 2 of this development have been submitted in the hope that a further 77 affordable homes could be created in the future.
