John is Land and Partnerships Director at MyPad and is responsible for land acquisition, planning, strategic land promotion and the onward sale of MyPad development sites to our registered provider partners.

Before joining MyPad John was Development Director at a major PLC housebuilder where he was responsible for the delivery of the land and planning function in a division that consistently delivered over 700 new homes each year. John is knowledgeable in all matters relating to land and planning and, having worked across the East Midlands since 2009, has an excellent understanding of the regional land and property market.

Outside of work, John will try his hand at almost any sport, but is a keen golfer, skier, road cyclist, tennis player and more recently, has started to play padel with the wider MyPad team.
