Dave is our Operations Director, responsible for our build programme and site teams. He has more than 20 years’ experience of site work, contract management and business development including significant partnership housing sector expertise.

He worked for a major housebuilder for 17 years, firstly as site manager (winning numerous NHBC Awards) and then as Production Manager, overseeing a range of developments in the East Midlands.

Dave was then offered a contracts manager role with a large housebuilder, building predominantly for partnership housing schemes, looking after the Northern region of the business. He was influential in the creation of their northern office, before becoming an Associate Director.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys playing squash, padel, going to the gym, snowboarding and travelling with his wife and children.
